Tristan has a wide range of experience working within the information technology and education sectors. He has a creative, personal and interactive approach to teaching, allied with a sound technical background.

Tristan has over 13 years experience in teaching (performing arts, music and ESL), 9 years experience in the corporate computer environment and 2 years involvement in the rehabilitation environment. In New Zealand Tristan taught in primary and secondary high schools and was involved in developing IT solutions for universities and medium sized businesses.

Tristan has been coaching English in Germany for a several years and is currently working with large organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Commerce Bank, R&V Insurance, ALDI, Vogue Magazine, Bilfinger Berger and Siemens AG.

Tristan studied at the Waiariki Polytechnic in New Zealand for an ICC and CBC in Information Technologies, he is a Cisco Certified Network Associate with multiple certifications in the networking field, he also has certifications in TESOL (Teaching English as a second language).

Bruce has been involved in web design, web development and online solutions for businesses for over ten years. His clients range from magazine publishers, electronics companies to online vendors.

His main areas involve team leadership and supervision roles combined with project design and control responsibilities. Bruce founded the 'Creative Careers' initiative helping secondary school students use their creative talents to find careers in technology and innovation.

Bruce studied at Massey University in Palmeston North, New Zealand towards a Bachelor of Business Studies degree (BBS). Bruce is in charge of operations in New Zealand and the mobile content development process.

Rita has been in the language field for over 12 years, she speaks German, English and Arabic fluently.

She was educated in both Germany and New Zealand, attaining two Masters degrees in English, Law and Economics.

She is responsible for overall quality of training for the English and German markets.

Guy is a chartered accountant and advises 3G-E LIMITED on all financial matters including tax and cross border transactions.
